I love surprises... you know the kind you always secretly hoped for but would never ask or thought only other people got them. A much needed get away to Vancouver in a luxury suite on the 20th floor club level the kind of floor you can only reach by a special key to make the elevator stop there with free club lounge breakfast and orderves on the 21st floor all upgrades for free.. I don't know if they weren't booked or didn't want to hear my Lab barking but either way I wasn't complaining! We intended to camp the entire weekend but with the rude and shady campers we left within 30 min unlike our wonderful experience a couple years ago at Big Sur, CA.
It was our first trip together into Canada and Jon's and Ruby's first time ever crossing the Canadian border (including her first elevator ride). That is one spoiled pet! :)
